Had no idea about mental illness. Questioned me like there was something wrong because I came for help with a panic attack. Was rude and unprofessional.

i took my son for a kindergarten physical in june, and had to get another one due to the school losing the papers. long stoey short, both sets of providers that examined him missed the fact that he was missing 3 shots. the school notified me, and i called them and they said 'yes we have those immunizations, just bring him back' after waiting nearly an hour and a half after they opened to be called back (i was the first person there) they told me that they could only give him one shot because he had insurance and the shots they have were for 'people on welfare'. i told them he needed the shots for school, to which they replied 'well, just let them know ypu cant get them and they will have to understand' needless to say, i had a suspended child, and had to move mountains to get the shots. do not take your family there unless you want to wait for hours and have to pay 2 or more copays to accomplish something that should only take one. i will not go back there

Unprofessional and rude staff. Do not waste your time there.

DO NOT BRING YOU OR YOUR FAMILY TO FRIENDLY URGENT CARE!!!!! Went to be seen on 8/15/13; waited 3 HOURS before I went to the receptionist to ask how much longer will the wait be. Receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNEDUCATED. She ANNOUNCED my name, birth date, and THE REASON WHY I WAS AT THE URGENT FACILITY!!!!!!! As I waited for the receptionist to slowly stroll back to ask the Dr.; Dr. Jones...the ONLY Medical Dr. in the entire facility; was off that day. No one notified me of this upon check in. Lastly, there was a DOG following the receptionist around, in a MEDICAL FACILITY where people are ALLERGIC TO DOGS and are wearing MEDICAL ALERT symbols! WORST MEDICAL FACILITY EVER!!!!!!! Un-EDUCATED, un-TRAINED, un-DISCIPLINED and totally un-PROFESSIONAL staff!!!!!! To wait 3 HOURS at an 'Urgent' care facility?...I am totally DISGUSTED!!!! NEVER BE SEEN AT THIS FACILITY! IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR urgent TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They don't tell you when you pay $95.. That is just the min they charge to simply see the one and only dr they have on staff! They don't accept Tricare ( insurance for military families or deceased military's children) then want to run all kinds of tests that cost $$$ more. No a few but another $150 more! I will get the results and take somewhere else! Tons of people work here gossiping loudly where everyone can hear. Oh but there aren't any patients here maybe because of all of this. Wish I would have taken my son somewhere else before they charged me the $95!

I wish I had read these reviews before I brought my son today. We've been here for 1.5 hours and are still in the waiting room! Scary part is that they have not called a single patient to be seen. All of these reviews are spot on. I will never come here again.

This place is awful. The only reason I keep coming here is because I have to for my work. Go to eagle on dolley Madison (or new garden)

After coming in at 12 I was told there were the patients in front of me. 2.5 hours later I am Fiiiiiiinally brought back to the room to be seen, only to still be waiting another hour. This is absurd. The most frustrating part of all of it was listening to the physicians assistant/medical assistants fuss and whine the whole time about how they don't like being called assistants because they aren't someone's personal secretary. Maybe if they spent more time attending to patients and less time whining the care wouldn't be so terrible. All employees I came in contact with were rude and callous. Easily the worst experience I have ever had at any medical facility in my life.

Avoid at all cost! I went there in pain, and having an anxiety attack. TWO HOURS later, I was seen. The doctor was incredibly rude, and barely bothered to examine me. He saw me for about two minutes, gave me two prescriptions, and sent me on my way. If I hadn't had to pay FIRST, I would have walked out and gone somewhere else.

Super slow! Rude customer service! Stay behind your little glass bubble!
