I had a collection of rare coins from my grandmother and didn't want to sell them at a cheap price, but then I have used the appraisal services from Carolina Silver and Gold, LLC and these guys have offered me a fantastic price! Of course I was ready to sell the whole collection for the good hands!

My sister and I needed to sell our mothers jewelry, sterling flatware, and old coins. We called and went to three shops in Greensboro. Estimates were quite far apart. Carolina Silver & Gold was so much more I was shocked!!

They went over all of the items right in front of us and explained the buy prices. No taking it in the back like other shops.

The father and son owners are very friendly and knowledgable and they own the building they are in. Lots of parking right in front, with high security in the lobby.

I wanted to sell some collectable/old coins, some old sterling silver pieces and some silver eagles I had received in an inheritance. I shopped all over Greensboro and even a couple of places in Charlotte looking for the best deal for my "stuff".

After going to a couple of places in Greensboro and either getting "we don't know the value of your coins" or getting their "best deal" I ended up at Carolina Silver and Gold. These guys spent time with me, did not charge to appraise all my old coins etc and gave me their "best deal". I continued to shop around for a couple of weeks and yep, ended back up at Carolina Silver and Gold. Not only had they given me the best prices for my stuff, unlike some of the others, they were friendly and professional. I will always use them the future and recommend anyone shop around first and then go to Carolina Silver and Gold and save the headaches.

I shopped the offer with 2 other dealers. Carolina SIlver & Gold paid 22% more. They even boought some old 14K and 10K rings at a higher price. One stop selling. The store is clean, high security and well furnished. The owners are professional and knowledgeable, as it states on the internet. They are also BBB rated. All around a great experience for a novice seller.
