        The floors they installed in a new house are warped. In some places there are sharp edges sticking up. There are numerous places where there are sharp spots in the floor that cut one's feet.

        The grout in the tiling they installed had to be removed and reinstalled. It was a mess for a full day. Better get someone else to do your work.
