I’m going to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My car was towed from my apartment complex this past Saturday (my fault because I forgot to put the parking pass up in my new car). I literally just bought the car and now there are huge scrapes underneath the front bumper from them towing my car. They claimed to have used a dolly but even if they did, the front end is still low to the ground. There is only ONE way the scratches could go in the direction that they are in, and that’s from being towed. The way the scratches are angled says it all. I called them to complain and they claim there is no way they could have done it, well of course they are going to claim that.
My car was towed and I was there to see it happened. Unfortunately Clarence didn't know how to lower the tow in time before backing up my car in the curve and damaging the bottom of my bumper. He lied to an officer saying he didn't do it but me and my neighbors witnessed him in the act. Poor professionalism, hope they train their employees better with driving and communication. Clarence told me I was a nobody and that I should keep my mouth shut since his "still on the clock" with my car hitched to his tower. That is no way to speak to a customer in no way. Sad to say this towing experience was a hurtful one with a grown man speaking down on me and damaging someone else property
Originally called for a tow to come get my car at noon; they said they'll have someone out there shortly. So in my mind I'm thinking 'okay so it's gonna be like 20-25 mins max' (mind you the tow place is only 18 minutes away from where my car was.) An hour goes by and I still haven't received any word from them about my tow. So I call again to make sure it was on its way, and sure enough they tell me it will be there shortly... Another 30 minutes roll by... STILL NO TOW. Had to cancel my tow, I had an appointment I could not miss. Very disappointing service from a place that claims that they're 'minutes away from any location within the triad.'
Granted who wants to ever need a tow service especially after an accident. But my experience tonight was fantastic I have nothing but good things to say. The driver Brandon got there pretty quick, super thoughtful, courteous and really took great care of me. I really appreciate his kindness. Was really shook up from the accident and I felt really taken care of which was greatly needed. The adage of treat others how you want to be treated rang true. The whole experience was great. I will highly recommend you guys to others. Thank you.
What a December! On a Saturday morning, early this month my car of 17 years broke down and I had AAA towing services tow it to thier Wendover Ave. Car Care Center to be looked at. After waiting for several hours I was solomly told that my car had some sever and potentially extremely "$,$$$'s" costly damage to its engine.
That afternoon I had to begin looking for a new car. I asked about leaving my car there in the service lot while I went looking. I was told I could leave it there for a day or two then there might be charges after that.
While waiting to be picked up that afternoon, I went online car shoping and was blessed to see a potential car to purchase at a dealership on the other side of Wendover Ave., which was located about seven or less minutes away from the AAA location.
That evening a purcase was made and all I needed to do was make the trade arrangements for that coming Monday (I thought - ����).
Sunday morning I called AAA to see about having them tow my car the short distance to the dealership and was told that they do not tow vehicles to dealerships for selling or trading purposes. I asked if they could give me numbers for towing services they gladly did! I called several. $75 was what most everyone charges inside the city.
When I called Bobby's Towing & Recovery The lady Shea whom I spoke with was was so kind and friendly when I asked her about your pricing and I wanted to see if you all could work with me on cost adjusting for my towing needs in this sutuation. She encouraged me to call back on Monday and ask to speak with Clarence the manager. On Monday morning I spoke with another friendly lady named Penny who took my name and number after listening kindly to my costly delima. Several hours later Penny called me back offering me a generously kind solution to my towing situation. In under 45 mins. Iater I arrived at the AAA parking lot where one of your towing trucks & a very helpful friendly towing technician Sean was there!
