This was an absolute Disaster! Unfair sales and Practices, took advantage of an hardship when my motor went out on my vehicle to make a sale saying I could return the vehicle if I was not satisfied with financing, wish I wasn't but the unethical finance department pushed through anyway even After I retuned vehicle saying I would just have it as a repossession on my credit! Sales rep was nice when buying the car but rude and uncaring after I expressed my concerns with the return.
This dealership is clearly Not for consumers and only out for profit not caring nor concerned with the buyer afterwards. I've filed a formal complaint with BBB and Kia Corporate and hope other people in dilemmas aren't swindled and taken advantage of like I was!
Horrible service, horrible salesman, horrible finance manager. After visiting the dealership, 3 WEEKS ago, no return call, no follow up, NO answers!!! Id go to the kia dealership in High Point NC! Very friendly, helpful people there!
