There is a manager by the name of Kalitha who is the worst person to be in customer service. To my knowledge she has had a lot of complaints and still works there. She has a rude attitude mouth and the General manager was there and did not stop her from running her mouth. My daughter was just hired and was told to come and get the orientation paperwork and that lady went off, not to us but to the GM about how it wasn't done that way. There was another customer who was there and was pissed on our behalf. Needless to say the manager who hired my daughter knows that she will not be able to work there and we will never go back unless Kalitha is fired.
Love the food at cook-out however when purchasing the BBQ sandwich at the Summit Ave. location, they are wrapped in foil once put together. When you open it up, the Bun has became wet and like it's been soaked in water and falls apart. A different Bun should be used for the sandwiches or another way found to keep the bun from being soggy and falling apart before you get to eat it, perhaps putting the slaw in a continer on the side. Also the staff's professionalism could be better as also the way some are dressed. There have been times, I have noticed male employee's with pants with a belt, however the belt was like midways of the buttocks. Not attractive. Seems there's always a lot of laughing and talking and cutting up going on inside as well. Customers do take notice of things like this, even at the drive-thru window.
Wouldn’t even get 1 star if it was an option. 9:30pm at night and the dining room is closed. Drive thru service only.
Waited in take out line over 30 mins Cars not moving at all for 10 mins at a time. Took me 30 mins to get to order box. Sat there 15 mins to order and then another 35 to get around to get food. Freaking ridiculous !!
The service is completely horrible everyone on the drive thru has got an attitude problem and they have no clie what their doing always a mess up every single time I hate when I stop at this place thank god cookout is right next to it
I placed an online order with the store; I received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. They did not have my order. They sent me to 5700 W. Market, a store owned by the same franchisee. The owner sent me back to the first store for my food. The first store refused to make my food and told me to contact Subway corporate for a refund. Very poor service with this franchisee.
This is truly the worst McDonalds in Greensboro. They never.. NEVER prepare anything as you ask.I'm extremely disappointed with this store on Wendover ave.

This has got to be one of the rudest restaurants I've ever been in. It deserves to be shut down.everyone needs to be retrained
I eat here at least twice a week and have been for months & months now because my 1 year old loves their nuggets, especially with the special right now being $1.49 for 10, UNTIL today when I decided to sneak & take 1 of his nuggets and got a mouth full of HAIR!!! The nugget had hair cooked IN IT and wrapped around it. The hair ia black and my hair is gold and dreaded, my son has no hair so its dedinitely not ours. I AM DISGUSTED!!!!! I havent had a desire to eat all day because I can still feel the hair in my mouth!!! I can only imagine what my baby ate in these nuggets before I got to this one. I will say this, I will NEVER order from here again and if my baby gets sick, I WILL SUE!!!! I will attach pictures to this as well.*****DO NOT EAT HERE*****
