I got my nails done for an event here, and the manicure didnt even last til then. When i went into air my grievances they told me i had 3 days to tell them about it after that there was nothing they could do. Nowhere is this posted in the shop that that is their policy. The only thing that is posted is a sign stating that there is no refunds and the police will be called you are unable to pay. I have got manicures plenty of times and they have always lasted a reasonable amount of time. Large chips were coming off the day after i got them. Do not come here it is not worth it.

Anna C did SNS and tips on my nails. One nail was cut much shorter than the others and was not fixed. The next visit was because a tip had broken. The other Anna took it off in a painful way. I then had made an appointment for 3 pm. I waited about an hour before my nail care was done. A person that came in after me was taken first.

I've had my nails done here. Many selections of regular and gel colors Door. I took my dad for Father's Day pedicure. The staff was extremely respectful to my father, which is very unusual in his experiences locally at several nail salons. My father is of large stature and does not get a pedicure often due to ridicule at salons and less expensive than podiatrist co-pay. I first saw mention of the place on NextDoor and pleased the location is near my house and so far no waiting like the place I've been going to for years. I think once the new Starbucks opens closeby will increase business.
I had an appointment, arrived a few minutes early and Andy was doing a pedicure. A tech put on the remover and I was left with acetone on my hands for 40 minutes before I cleaned it off. I decided to get my nails polished so I could leave quickly. I was charged $12.00. Anyway, I was getting tired of the poor customer service and the rudeness of their not speaking English in front of customers.
Owner is rude. They smile but start speaking in their language then everyone looks at you..make you feel uncomfortable. The way they Treat their customers is sad. I rather spend my money at another shop
AWFUL SERVICE. The manager is EXTREMELY rude. Please take your business to people who will actually do a good job and treat you with respect. I pointed out a flaw in my nails, and how the sloppy nail tech cut my thumb being too forceful, and the manager went off on me. Yes, he raised his voice in front of the person whose nails he was doing and told me he wasn't going to fix or refund me anything. Just awful.
I recently visited Diana Nails and loved it!! Great quality service and warm atmosphere. Staff had positive attitude and very friendly. Will repeat!!
My one and a half hour appt turned into three hours. Services were left out of my package. Employee had poor professionalism and time management. Manicure and pedicure were low quality. Polish was layered on unevenly did not extend to the edge of nails.
I have been to this Salon for years now. I have never had a bad experience and the atmosphere has always been amicable. The service is top notch and quality is on par with the nail salon on the first floor.
