I bought a blazer for my boyfriend , never been worn with the tags still attached. The manager holds the jacket up to the light and says "there's a speck of glitter on it so it's not in original condition." The manager told me that nobody else would buy it and that it was ruined all because if a few specks of glitter! The cashier gave a refund to a group of guys before me within 2 minutes! But yet had to get manager approval before denying me my refund. I had to go all the way to Winston Salem (35 minutes out of town) just to return the blazer to another store with no questions asked.

This store has the most biased and disrespectful staff. They treat customers like how they should be treated which is obviously in their minds based on your appearance. I had a male staff member give me the most disparaging look to me and an African American female cashier give me an attitude at the checkout. I suggest to not shop at this H&M unless you want to know how it is to be treated by the most abject staff in the whole apparel industry.
Went by store in Greensboro off W. market (5/14/14) and there was a hand written sign that said closed. Looks like everything was cleared out! I loved coming here! They had such great priced items! Hated that they closed!

VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES I have never left anyone a bad review before, but I feel that I must express this experience so others don't have this problem. I don't recommend this establishment. I took clothes for consignment and after 2-1/2 months, she still had not put them out. When I asked if I had a check for sales, she would just say "no not yet". I was never told that my clothes were not out for sale. She claimed to be so overloaded with clothes coming in that she didn't have time to get them out. She should not have accepted them if she didn't have time to get them out and she should have been honest with me. Not only that, I went 2 or more times a week trying to catch her open. The store would close early, like 2 or 3 instead of 6, so I wasted alot of time and gas just trying to catch the place open.
