Absolutely amazing food and service! Best sushi in Greensboro. I highly recommend.

So tonight was horrible. The owner is a disaster. She had the biggest problem with me wanting another table because I couldnt sit beside my husband at that current table. Her assistant said it would be fine to wait another 30 minutes. We had already been waiting an hour and a half. But we agreed so that we could sit beside each other. The owner then says you cannot do that all these other tables are full and have reservations. Then she said why are you looking at me that way? I said I dont understand the assisnt just said we could wait 30 minutes and she said I cannot talk to you. So then i talked to a manager and she just went off on me. Telling me we dont want you here you can leave. I am not entirely sure if race olayed a big part in this because I am African American and my husband is Mexican. I will not be going back simply rude and irate behavior.

Took my wife for her 50th birthday. There was also a family with a 3 yr. old for her birthday same table. Shrimp was undercooked, table was never cleared of any bowls, glasses, etc. during meal. Chef had to reach over mess. NASTY! No Happy Birthday song. Then they charged everyone at table 15% gratuity. None of us came together. When this was brought to manager's attention he said it was a mistake and what would we like him to do. SAD! Should have known something was up when they had a policeman standing in the dining room. I hope you choose wisely and go elsewhere.

I ate in the restaurant several days ago. I got the red curry with chicken and everything was very delicious and the service was good. So today I decided to get the same thing as takeout. They forgot to include the rice so I had to go back inside to get it. The portion size of the curry was noticeably smaller than I received it the restaurant the previous day and had almost no vegetables in it. I would recommend this restaurant for eating at the restaurant, but not for takeout.

We had to wait forever after we were just told on the phone that there was no wait. They had NO heat and it was 23 degrees outside and the staff was acting as if they hadn't noticed. It took 20 mins for someone to come over and take our drink order. The place just looks ran down and old. Really needs to do some updating and hire a nicer staff

Very disappointed with this place, made reservations for 6pm and at 7pm we are still waiting to be seated, customer came in after us and they were seated before us. When we asked the girl about it she just stood there, will NEVER go back and the place is dirty. The floors are sticky and the place smells.

This is probably the best Japanese restaurant in Greensboro. Not well known but it's amazing. It taste like Arigatos but without the fancy coming in front of you so it's much cheaper. Trust me I love this place and I'm very picky about what I eat.

I found the food and menu to be cost friendly

Monday night was the first time I had been back to Kabutos in many years. My date wanted me to try sushi for the first time ever. I was hesitant but it was absolutely delicious! It was the perfect atmosphere at the back of the restaurant at the sushi bar for a quiet date. We were greeted upon arrival by the owner and Kim, our waitress was very attentive and helpful with the menu.At the end of our meal the assistant manager stopped by to check on us. I will be definitely be going back soon to try the hibachi
