She told me she couldn’t cut the peak off the bottom of his neck without a “razor” when i asked her to clean up the edges some, though it’s never once been a problem anywhere else we’ve gone. Then she refused to take a coupon that was sent directly from corporate, even though their specific location was listed on the coupon. She told me next time i should have called First if i had any questions about it?? Then to top it all off, she snapped at my 5 yo for daring to try and take 2 dum dum suckers from the candy bowl. The horror... Trust the reviews, you get what you pay for here.

First of all, the customer service is utter trash. I was skipped over only because the guy got the barber something to eat. Maybe I should bring this guy a bucket of chicken and see what happens? What type of professionalism is this? Second of all, the barber does not know to perform a basic shape up correctly to the point where my hairline is receded. Are you serious? It was so bad, that I was going to walk out until the barber threatened to call the cops! Avoid this shop at all costs, unless you want to laughed by all your friends. Trust me it's not worth the risk!
My first time in Express Cuts sat down chair was open and the barbor was nice gave me a good cut and shape my beard. I will go back.
Go see Pamela Cheek for color!I got my hair colored at regis salon of Greensboro four seasons mall and am so amazed I just have to write a review. Yes I can be picky but hello this is my hair.. You ladies know what I mean:)I walked in and upon arrival asked for a master colorist (yes I know my lingo lol)I was immediately referred by management to Pamela Cheek. I had to wait 3 days for my appointed as she was booked but it was well worth the wait! I am an ex Paul Mitchell rep and let me tell you if a stylist doesn't know color theory they can't fully understand your needs or even your chemistry. We talked a lot which I love but she didn't talk about herself until I would ask she was a listener which is so refreshing in a salon environment. She was respected by her colleagues which became apparent as they came to her for advice several times and I didn't mind at all it felt good to be with the best!Thank you regis for making a award winning master stylist available at the same price as newbies ! FYI you pay 30% more at most salons for someone who is this qualified as a master colorist! Thank you Pam I will recommend you to everyone !

I went to Melissa after looking for someone that had specific color experience. She assured me she knew exactly what I wanted. She not only gave me a color I did not want, but she charged me more than she quoted me. Not as experienced as she makes herself sound.
