On May 23 we stop by everlasting monuments in a time of need. As my wife's brother had just passed in this trying time most people are looking for peace and a way of remember their love ones. We spoke with Teresa a sales person about what we wanted on the headstone and come to agreement. We signed and paid the contract agreement in full. After receiving our money we had no contact with them unless we call them asking where our headstone is. Each time being told something different the company was on vacation the truck broke down, we haven't unloaded yet,I need to check with the installer on when we can put the head stone down. oh my god what else could it be. We were told four to six weeks. We are now into the seventh week. With not even a time the headstone will be put down. We have called four times with two times asking to speak to the manager or owner with no care to call us back. As of Friday we will have no choice but to seek legal help to retrieve our money back from this uncaring company buyers beware they care until they get your money. I have never been treated this way and at my age we have had a lot of loved ones pass. we have never asked for more than what we paid for. The Frustrating is unbearable we are trying to get closure not ripped off by this company. A copy of this is being sent to the Better Business Bureau being all I asks was a phone call back from the manager with a time that this service will be completed.
