Prostone installed a countertop for us and we love it! It is perfect and just what we wanted. Gary was friendly and professional as were the installers. We are very happy.
Sadly, the management of Prostone has declined over the years and I can no longer recommend them. Recently, due to a defect in the sink they sold us, we discovered standing water under our cabinets. ProStone submitted a warranty claim for the defective sink. After having to call them numerous times to remind them of my claim and after arriving 50 minutes late (after I left work early to meet them), they finally installed the new sink weeks later (without any plumbing). I then received an email, attaching a bill for $150 to replace the defective sink they sold me. I tried speaking with management, thinking they would surely be willing to meet me halfway and reduce or drop this bill given the circumstances and their numerous delays, but I received a standard reply simply reiterating the bill for $150. So, buyer beware - this is no longer a business that values its customers or their time.

Our quality of cabinets are of the highest standards and we take great pride in pleasing all our customers and have grown our business more than 200% over the last 5 years. My wife and visited several stone places, but had wonderful experience with Prostone because their price was very fair and we felt more comfortable with them. Adam in did a fantastic job making sure we understood all the project details and several times went beyond the norm to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The install team was extremely proficient and professional. We had to have 1 seam in our kitchen but they did such a good job you can't even notice its there. These guys are pros I would recommend them to anyone.
We at Prostone Kitchen and Bath take pride in the work we do. Each and every customer is important to us and we work hard to ensure every customer is satisfied. We sincerely regret this customer had a negative experience. Our contracts, signed by and given to the customer, state "Natural Stone may include visible fissures, pits, and inclusions that occur naturally and are not considered flaws in the stone." Despite this warning in writing, we were determined to satisfy this customer and twice replaced her vanity countertops at no cost. We even invited them over to our fabrication shop to carefully inspect each area of the stone. They told us the slab of stone was acceptable, but then deemed the same slab un-acceptable after it was installed. We went above and beyond standard practice to meet this customers unrealistic expectations, but were unable to do so. Prostone Inc. will continue to strive to meet and exceed customer expectations in being the premier granite provider in the Triad.
