I would highly recommend this office. The staff is very warm and caring and always a pleasure to deal with. They will take good care of you and make you feel very welcome from the first time you walk in the door.
I gave this business one star because there isn't a negative 100 star. This has to be the worst medical facility in this country. The employees do not return calls and rarely answer the phones. They have the personality of Attilah the Hun. They require the patient to pay $5,500 up front for the gastric sleeve surgery. Run, don't walk, as fast as you can from these people; otherwise, you're in for a terrible experience. My blood pressure stays elevated. They are all in cahoots with the nutritionists and psychologists that are required. My insurance does not require any of this nonsense, just the doctors. It's been almost an entire year, and I'm still being sent through the hoops.
I had the worse experience..... I went in to order contacts today and was told by Taylor my prescription had expired on the 4th less than 10 days ago I explained to her I was out of contacts and I really needed some. She told me there was nothing she can do. I asked her could I speak with the lady who normally orders my contacts. She gets up with the attitude walks off and whisper something about me to Whitney. I watch Whitney go in between the file cabinets to keep from laughing in my face. Then finally Ashley comes out the person who handles ordering contacts and was also rude. Explain the situation I had she just disregarded anything I had to say. And said well I can give you these trials until your next appointment rudely. I place my hand out to take them she puts them on the counter next to me as if she couldn't put them in my hand. I have been going to Digby eyes for 4 years seeing dr. Parker I love dr. Parker but I have never been treated so poorly in my life and no one seems to care. I would not recommend this place to anyone as long as that office staff as they are. Meaning Taylor the rude one Whitney and Ashley it was a horrible experience.
I went to my first visit, and was told that they could not perform a routine test during my first visit. The doctor told me I needed to take some eye drops for a week and come back to retake the test.I went back a week later and a test was administered, but instead of the routine test they gave me a specialty test that was not included in my original exam and charged me a specialist co-pay.Be careful if they ask you to come back. Ask how much first.
Long story short, I had two prescriptions for glasses that I submitted to another eye center for lenses that were incorrect. I had to have 3 lens made (one from another optometrist) before I could see correctly through my glasses. I wrote Southeastern Eye Center to ask them to reimburse me for the extra $100.00 it cost me for their mistake 6 weeks ago. I have heard nothing back to this date. Beside these errors, they are very impersonal.
I went this week to get my eyes examined, it was an unpleasant experience. I came away feeling like they treated me as an object on an asembly Line -- I went from room to room seeing at least 5 different people and no one adequately answered my questions about cataract surgery. I left confused and seeking another more helpful clinic.
I would recommend to have Lasik no where else but there and with Doctor Stonecipher.
they always do a great job with my child
