I really enjoy the selections they have. Being older women I like the gray tones. So when I feel frisky there are so many different colors to choose from. Personnel is very knowledgeable and friendly
This is THE WORST Beauty Store I have visited in Greensboro NC. I was FOLLOWED, WATCHED and ACCUSED of STEALING a 8.99 Detangler Brush. REALLY?!?! I'm a Hair Stylist and why would I jeopardize my License and Reputation on Shoplifting!! This was my 1st and LAST time being there. The owner was real RUDE and poor Customer service. You lost a Customer!!!
This store is terrible! I tried on several wigs in their store so I purchased one. When I got home to put the wig on it was the wrong one! Tried to exchange it but they wouldn't let me. The wig is in the same condition as when I bought it..tags and all. Very dissatisfied!!! They should learn better customer service skills!! Stuck with an ugly wig because of THEIR dumb mistake!! I will NEVER spend my money there again!!!
The owner was rude and was not even trying to resolve my issue. The cashier with the glasseshad the worst attitude i have ever seen. She felt the need to keep trying to argue with me. Dont go here ever!
This is the worst and most racist beauty supply I've visited ! I, as a beautician will never buy nor send my clients to buy anything from them !! They will treat you trash regardless if your spending your money with them or not . BEWARE ! DO NOT BUY !
I bought a considerable amount of items at Sally's Beauty Supply on Lawndale Ave in Greensboro NC. I have been a long time customer and have always been satisfied. It seemed like the bill was higher than I estimated. I asked to go over the bill and the young lady said she could not do that. There was no one else in line and there was another sales lady. I immediately found that she did not give me the listed $15.00 discount, There was no apology but she did take back my original receipt and gave me a refund. I came home only to find items missing and she never gave me back my original receipt. I experienced her as rude and arrogant. Tomorrow I will have to go back to the store to try to get the missing merchandise.
THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE & MEAN!!!!! THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The sales associate was nice. And patient while I was pulling up a picture online that I wanted to mimic and as we're we're discussing different pricing options the owner jumped into our conversation saying I wouldn't get a discount and if I wanted cheap hair to go online and buy. We never asked for his input. Nor, did I ask for a discount. I politely told him I did not need his help, and he got upset, tried to embarrass me and tell me to get out, he didn't want my business. It took everything in me to keep my class and be a lady. But, myself nor my clients that I bring in daily to shop there will ever go back.
, I was rushed out even though I was spending my hard earned money. The sales floor help got me the WRONG wig, it wasn't even the same style. I waited for the owner to come outside and instead of correcting THEIR mistake they took the wig and told me I would have to come back the next day. I live over 30 minutes away and now have to waste my gas to go back, if I were the owner of this store I would have corrected the problem immediately seeing that it was the store's mistake. I am annoyed that I have to waste my time and gas to go back over something that isn't my fault. The store has a great selection of wigs and they are a great quality and price, they just need better customer service. I hope they will work this problem out tomorrow. I wasn't aware of their business hours and they should have made an announcement about what time they were closing.
