Bought an Acura TSX from here. I took my time and visited a bunch of other car lots to buy a used car but I was impressed at how good of a condition the car was in (paint was real nice, interior was clean, and it drove smoothly) and how straightforward the buying process was. They don't look at credit history (super helpful in my case) and had really fair down and monthly payment plans. The only concern I had was the battery light was on. I spoke to the manager and he said he would charge the battery no problem. It turns out the manager had the battery tested (turned out bad) and replaced it with a new one. He didn't even charge me for it. They have a wide selection of cars. I remember seeing some chargers, impalas, acuras, 300's, toyotas/hondas, and some bigger 3rd row suvs. During the whole process I didn't feel like they were trying to "sell" me a car. They answered the questions I had, open and honest. They also have a garage with a mechanic that can service my car if I need to which gives me one less thing to worry about. I am for sure buying my next car here and telling my friends and family to buy theirs too!
About a week ago i did an online application for first time buyer, thinking i wasn't going to get approved but took the risk anyway and wasn't expecting a call at all. I specifically requested for a Volkswagen Passat. I got a call from Royce within the next morning being told i had been approved! I asked could they put it on hold, but unfortunately they couldn't without a deposit put down on it. So I wasn't upset at all beacuse i'd also had my eyes on Two 2007 Honda Accords on their lot. So I randomly went up to the lot and looked around, dragging my mom along. While looking Royce nicely assisted me and i mentioned that we'd talked over the phone (Even though he didn't remember) as we walked into the office my paperwork was on his desk awaiting me. Royce was extremely honest and helpful! And did not try to force me to buy a car unlike most dealers! I drove away with my New Gold 2007 Honda Accord as of yesterday with low affordable payments.
Usually, one of the most complicated things in the whole world is buying a vehicle- especially one from a preowned lot. Sure, it sounds glamorous going into, but usually quickly spirals into a fiasco of mammoth proportions.Recently decided to making the change to a bigger vehicle from my two door Civic coupe. After visiting a few dealerships and not finding quite what I wanted, I was able to narrow my decision to a Lexus RX 350. But, with that model, plus my *girly* requirement that it be red exterior and black interior, my options were limited.Then walks in Impex Auto Sales. Stopped by after work to test drive (they let me have it solo for about an hour, so I really felt comfortable with everything), and then indicated I would think about it overnight. After doing some more research on pricing of similar models, I felt that the price offered was very good and VERY competitive to similar models at other dealers.
My husband & I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima from Impex Auto in May of 2014. I found the vehicle online & contacted Impex immediately. We were really shocked by how nice the vehicle turned out to be! (ie. low mileage, no body blemishes, no accidents, great interior) We dealt with DJ, who is not necessarily the most "car salesman" type of guy we were expecting. He was very direct & to the point, no haggling (not that we cared since the price was at least $2000 under everything we had found in comparison), and no non-sense type of guy. It was very refreshing not to be constantly hounded about purchasing a vehicle. I wanted to wait a few months to make sure we were still satisfied with the car before writing a review & we are still in love with the car!!! If you appreciate no haggling, no hounding, and great deals, call DJ... he might not be overly friendly but he was a great "non-salesman" to us!! Thanks Impex!
From the very first interaction my salesperson Emily gave one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Buying a car is a huge deal and I was very nervous about the entire transaction because I had a lot of variables to work with, but she navigated them with ease and did a fantastic job. I had to travel about 240 miles one way to get there and she was ready and waiting for me when I got there, and got me through the whole process very quickly and had a great attitude. She was not once pushy or made me feel uncomfortable, she was in constant contact about the updates even after I had drove off the lot checked on me to make sure I got home and was happy. I was sooooo happy with my car, which I'm totally in love with, but the entire package was found with Emily!!! Just wanted to say I am one happy customer lol, and I would absolutely buy from them again!!!
I recently purchased a Toyota Camry and I can say I have never had business dealings with a finer group of people. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with complete professionalism, and the sales approach was not pushy but very informative. My salesman was Reggie who took the time to listen to my needs, while offering the positives and negatives of each car I selected which I appreciated since I was unsure as to what car I wanted when I initially met with him. His feedback and knowledge of the car helped me make an informed decision. I got the car I wanted at a great price and couldn't be more satisfied. I will definitely be dealing with Impex Auto Sales in the future since I can honestly say I have never been treated more like a valued customer than I was here. They let you know your business is appreciated and that you are not just another customer. Thank you.
Was happy with our purchase, except for that the 'fix' for the brake squealing was never delivered and we had to sit and wait for almost four hours to complete the process. I walked in with my own approved financing and it still took forever. Not sure why, but it felt like your run of the mill car sales experience. Glad I don't have to do that often. Still, everyone was pretty friendly, even if they do hover at the door like vultures (and when you say you're looking for someone that isn't them, they just kind of wave you into the dealership and point in a random direction and tell you they'll take care of you in there). I bet the service department is good/nice, but as far as sales go, it wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't the worst either. I'd probably go back, but I'd be prepared for the time sink required and the many things they will try to upsell me.
My visit with Approved Autos was great, especially working with Anthony, who can get anybody approved. However, on May 22, 2015 I brought a 2011 Ford fusion and the car drives well, but I have a major issue every time I stick my key in the door to unlock it the alarm goes off which is very embarrassing. I called Anthony and expressed my concern and he refers me to Abraham I speak with Abraham and his way of fixing the problem is to disable my alarm system (NOT HAPPENING). He said until I can come up with the money to pay a locksmith $185 to wipe all the keys programmed to the car which I didn't receive and so the locksmith can make me a key that has a fob. I've been going through this since the 22nd of May and still no results. That's really sad that this company won't pay $185 to have a satisfied customer and just made more than $11,000 in a sale.
I like how this company trades. They specialize in high mileage "clean" vehicles that they sell to you either "AS-IS" or with a "pricey" but unlimited "6-Month-fix-anything" warranty. We've purchased two vehicles from them now and we've been very happy with both of them. What stands out when you shop with them is how clean the interior of the vehicles and the engines are. If you look at other dealers with similar models you'll see that those folks cars are often not-detailed or just yucky. The warranty is an interesting bet though. We came out way ahead on one car and lost a little on another. They have mechanics in Greensboro who specialize with German cars so look at those when you shop. Also they'll move vehicles between their Graham and Greensboro locations for you if you call ahead so you don't have to drive as far.
I'm not certain why or what these other posters have experenced but my experience with Nora Auto Sales was fantastic. So much so that this is my THIRD vehicle that I have purchased from him. A used car is just that, USED but he sells quality used cars at affordable prices and is the best independent dealer in Greensboro. He is courteous and attentive to your needs, IF in fact there is a problem with a car, all you have to do is RESPECTFULLY let him know and he does everything in his power to fix it, often at his own expense. Customer satisfaction is his main concern and if he was that bad he wouldn't do so much business!! Honest, dependable and we will ALWAYS do business with him. I am now the proud owner of a Mercedes!!
