Service was good for me for a couple years. Unfortunately, my underground wire got cut while aerating the lawn. Still, Uverse came out quickly and ran a new line and restored my service quickly. I was told by the technician that the new cable would be buried in about 6 weeks.Well, after 8 calls to 4 different people over 8 months, the cable was NEVER BURIED. Each time, Uverse would apologize for the delay, and assure me that the line would be buried quickly. NEVER EVER HAPPENED. Finally, I was forced to go back to Time Warner Cable, whose service I absolutely hate, but they bury their cable promptly. Within two weeks, their line was complete. Uverse claims they have no control over their contractor who buries their lines. One manager actually told me some have waited 2 years for a line to be buried! Unreal that Uverse tolerates this. Tells me what they think of their customers. It's a pity, because I liked the internet and TV service they provided.
