Horrible experience with Enterprise. The car I rented from Greenfield office had a tail light out. Was pulled over by the cops because of it. Tried returning to it an office in Des Moines and was told there was damage on vehicle and that it shouldn't have been rented out. Des Moines office blamed Greenfield office and Greenfield office blamed Des Moines office for being overly critical, stated there are differing polices in different states. Des Moines office stated they were filing a claim and I'd be responsible. Greenfield office said that wouldn't be the case. Don't know who to believe. Will not be renting from this company again.

This experience was just about the same as the other ones I have had. I had no problems with the process and the car was great.
We had a fantastic experience. Reserved a compact car and got a car that we felt was much bigger. Thought we were going to need it for a week and only needed it one day. Kayla was super nice. If we ever need to rent a car again, we will get one from here for sure!
We had a truly awful experience. We made an early PM reservation but were not able to come pick up until later in the PM. Car we reserved was not there. There were 5 cars on the lot, and we were told that the better 3 on the lot were "unavailable". Ended up hours late and in an argument with the very combative manager, Ashley. We had to call corporate twice to file an official complaint before we heard back from anyone. He was so emotional in his tone of voice and responses that I had to ask him if he was from the branch during the call. He claimed he was over all of East Indianapolis area. He had all of his facts wrong, probably from Ashley. He was bias and unprofessional. That was not at all what we expected from a third party. From the beginning, he was only willing to offer a free upgrade the next time but only because "it seemed we want a bigger vehicle than what we are reserving." Offer declined and won't be using Enterprise anymore. Customer service is clearly not a priority.
