Tops Kitchen Cabinet & Granite

Everything was installed how I wanted and done quickly and correctly. No complaints! They even were able to reuse my granite counters when changing out the kitchen cabinets.

We purchased a new vanity for our new bathroom. They have some hand painted decorative lines on them which disappear once you get a drop of water on them, since March I have tried for these people to send someone to repair the missing areas and seal the lines. They have nobody to do any kind of repairs. They claim they never had this problem, so it does not exist for them. The person there is Lundy Chen who has no idea about American business practices. Comes out of China and thinks she can do business here as they do there. They gave me a company out of Georgia that does repairs like this, of course they do not deal with the general public. This is how ignorant Lundy is, she keeps telling me the factory is in China and they have nobody here to do this...."after all they never ever had a problem". If all else fails, I will try to run them out of business, as I refuse to take the loss.
