my 6 year old twins and my 11 month old daughter have been going to the Memphis childrens clinic since they were born. We have had very little issues with the staff or the physicians. My children have always been well taken care of and the nurses are especially caring and gentle with my kids. I understand that most children's clinics are in high demand and scheduling is often difficult. The wait times are what made me rate them a four star instead of a 5 star. Most of the time I am in to see the doctor no more than 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, but I have had to wait more than an hour. However, the doctors are willing to answer all my questions & 2 address any concerns that I may have. The only time I've ever had any issues was when I try to do a walk in on a Saturday at the Bartlett location. They prefer that you call ahead of time and make an appointment. They have acute care at the Kirby center location, which does take walk ins. So that would be the location that I would go to from now on for any acute care issues after hours. the Germantown location is located in the Methodist LeBonheur hospital, and is an especially good clinic if you are close to that one.
I am a caregiver and my client was admitted in methodist north for a few days.i visit my client just a visit and when I arrive my client was almost in tears telling me how she was tryna to get someone to come help her bath.but no-one never came.so I push the call bottom to ask someone to come bath her cause she wanted a bath.they report me to aps with a lot of lies just because she did not want to bath her.will never go there again. Very lazy CNA.they will lie on u..
5 hours plus is too long to have to wait to be seen with just EMT's taking vitals every 2 hours to keep you quite. I have never had this experience before here, but when you are in pain, every minute counts. RN who wish she could just be treated and go home!!!!!!!
