Great store and staff! Manager, Mr. Jason Annis Wild was extremely competent and efficient when helping us charge a dead battery in our car. He went above and beyond to be helpful. Highly recommend.
I have lived in Howard for 5 years and this store/gas station has been my first choice. Last summer, they hired a very large tall woman who seems to come and go. In the past year I have been wittness to this woman being rude, mean and short with people. I've gone in with both male and female friends who have wittnessed the same attitude. Well, today she was ALL of the above to me. I've had it with her.I'm done patronizing your store. Big deal, you say? Well, I guesstimate that I spend close to $800 a year between lot sales, gas and groceries.Not a big loss, right? Well, you take 10 of us loyal customers and multiply that and you are looking at a loss of $8/10 grand a year. Good luck with this cow...I am making it my personal mission to get the word out to others in Howard to avoid your place until she is fired/removed/ relocated.
I am a disabled veteran with 13.5 years in the armed forces. (I was wearing my American Flag hat with veteran pin) Today I was kick off of the property by the owner of the Mobil gas station an hour before the gas station was about to close. I was parked with my tractor trailer way off to the side next to the Physio O&P office, when I was told to leave or the police will be called. My company then had to hire a tow/wrecker, because I had no more hours left on my 14 hour. I would have to say that this facility will never be receiving any business from me. God bless the troops!
I stopped to get gas Wednesday afternoon and was waiting for the machine to register my debit card. It was really cold out with a negative wind chill so expectedly it took longer than usual. While waiting the cashier came over the overhead speaker and said "You realize you have to push the handle to get gas out right?" I was waiting outside as my gas tank was filling up when she got back on the speaker and stated "Seriously, there is an express station accross the street you can go to if it's that much trouble". No respect or courtesy at all and I was only there for 5 minutes. I will never be back there again, I'd hate to see what the service was like inside.

This is the worst gas station in America. They sold me a flashlight that didn't work- I tried it right after I paid for it in front of the cashier. Didn't work. I asked for a refund and was told they have a no return policy. Then the gas was running super slow because there was air in the tanks or something. Not only were we ripped off, we had to stay at that stupid station for 20 minutes to fill up! I finally gave up at 3/4 tank. Avoid!
