I bought a 2002 F150 here in April and I have no complaints. Price was excellent and so was the service. Their website was very helpful before I went to the store. The only place I found that has a decent selection of trucks below ten grand, and everything on the site has pictures and videos.
We purchased a vehicle from Steve and Jackie in early May after having shopped around for awhile and test driving many vehicles. We had test driven the vehicle on his lot a couple of weeks prior and then went back to purchase. During the final drive before purchase we noticed an issue and although it appeared to self correct upon restarting the vehicle we brought it to Steve's attention. He said he would include it in the warranty if it started acting up again. We had it for a couple of weeks when the issue happened again as well as a new issue. I contacted Steve and he was great about getting back to me. He drove out to me to pick up the car (40 minutes away), took it back to Green Bay, had it repaired and back to me by the end of the day. He took care of both issues under the warranty since we had just purchased it, even though they were typical wear type issues (senor and ignition coil). Our cost with the warranty was below what we were expecting to pay and the customer service was beyond expectation. Sometimes the communication is slow, just be patient because he will get back to you... keep in mind that they are a small family run business. I would definitely recommend Velp Ave Motors to anyone.

Prior to buying from Williams Auto, I did a lot of research and looked at a lot of dealerships. Williams Auto really stood out. I liked the fact that there was mention of post purchase support. By this I mean they really stand behind the vehicles they sell and go above and beyond to ensure their customers leave with a quality vehicle. Owner Justin, is very personable and down to earth. Working with Ray was also great. Ray made the whole car buying experience smooth and easy. After I purchased my 2005 Nissan Titan, I noticed a clicking noise coming from one of the tires. Justin was able to look at the problem right away and had it fixed the same day. Overall I highly recommend Williams Auto. Great experience and great relationships built. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.
So often if you don't show interest in an in-stock vehicle, many dealers will merely forget about you. Williams Auto Sales has kept in regular contact with me. Good sales teams don't give up.
Very friendly before buying a car.. after you buy a car your nothing. The vehicle I bought had 4 recalls that 2 of were serious repairs. While at the dealership they said front struts were shot!! $800 repair! Goben didn't care. He stated it's easy to miss that in their inspections. They don't inspect them at all! And there mechanics suck! I'll never go to them losers again.
They responded to my email request immediately and offered to talk with me for more info on the car I inquired about.

So far, so good! A couple of little minor details on the vehicle, but they were willing to rectify them.
I am a single mom of 3 in dire need of a better vehicle with bad credit, which I have been working on improving. Upon looking to upgrade to a newer and bigger vehicle for my family, I had other dealers denying my applications for cars I was interested in. I had a down payment ready. I was interested in a Honda Pilot and a Ford Explorer from the Village Auto lot on Velp Ave. and was able to test drive both the vehicles. Even though it was a busy day, Geoff and his sales team were very friendly and have us no pressure. Unfortunately, the Honda Pilot was purchased by someone else, even though I put in an application for that vehicle, I was still interested in the Ford Explorer, so they transferred my application over immediately. I was surprised to have been approved to finance whatever I wasn't able to pay for after my down payment, considering how poor my credit is. It was also my first time buying a car from a dealer and I'd have to say it was a very easy, fast, and pleasant experience. Their finance manager, Chris, went through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything, which I did, and answered any questions I had. He even helped lower my interest rate so that I felt more comfortable making a monthly payment that included a limited warranty package. I am so grateful and extremely happy to have gone to them for a second chance at rebuilding my credit and purchasing a much needed vehicle!! The only thing I noticed after purchasing the Ford Explorer was that the truck pulled slightly to the right. I made a call to Geoff and addressed the minor issue with him, which he advised me to check my tire pressures, make sure they were all the same, and if the truck was still pulling to the right then give him a call and they would take a look at it as soon as possible. Overall, I am thrilled to have a new vehicle that drives like a dream and I would go to them again for another vehicle in the future!!
