Terrible they charged me extra to add beef to my chicken fried rice and didn't give me beef. The fried rice looks like frozen food. It was not even the color of fried rice and all it had in it were huge hunks of undercooked onions , peas and undercooked carrots to top it all off it was 11 dollars. I'm from Chicago I can get amazing Chinese for half the price
Nice tasty food and friendly staff.
Good food, great selection, never walked away dissatisfied with all the selections of meats and veggies !
The food is always adequate, if not better than average. What we liked best about Lin's Garden was that we could order online and pay for the meal with our credit card online. They took that feature away. It was considerably more convenient and accurate for us to order and pay online. For example, I had to read my number back to the guy over the phone 4 times before he got it right.I get it, credit cards charge a percentage to be used. But the majority of the public prefers to use plastic than cash, especially for a purchase more than a few bucks. Either you can take my card or lose my business.
Very poor/slow service. We finally got our salad after the first hour of sitting there. The place was super slow and it was 8pm. I had to remind the waitress off my drink sitting on the bar for 10 minutes. I ordered endless shrimp which was ok at best. When I asked for a second round of shrimp, it took almost 20 minutes to get that. So after a disappointment of a 2 hour meal, we left. The fastest part of the meal was when they brought out the to go bag for the biscuits. I have to say that they probably lost me as a customer.
I ordered from China kitchen tonight I always eat here but never have it delivered. They told me it was take 45 minutes. I have been waiting for them to arrive for over an hour and a half I cod have called another place to eat and have it by now. If only it wasn't Christmas and everything closed cause I would. FYI I live 4 blocks away.
A little Chinese food place, built i the old Sonic. Aesthetically, it doesn't look like much. They're obviously a small business just trying to work their way up in the world. Good food, friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Clean. Arguably, as good if not better food than some of the more well-known places around here. Give it a shot. Don't let looks deceive you.
This used to be our favorite place. Not any longer. Very dissatisfied. The food was leftovers, and not fresh at all. Also when the black pepper shrimp was gone, the lady walked around for 15 minutes with the new shrimp on her cart until it was cold and gross. Really?! Could have been better for $24
Stopped to try there buffet. If you can call it that. We arrived at 8pm and the person checking us in mummbled a price, We should have took that as a warning. Buffet had mostly empty dish, that might have something if you looked hard enough. Fried rice that was so dry you could break your teeth on. Waitress hovering over her cell phone . To worried about texting. Chinesse spare ribs that had No meat. One terrioki chicken skewer in the pan. The few pans that had anything must have been warming since lunch. Around 8:30 a kitchen worker came out and poured bleach in food warmers while food was still in them. Praying my family won't come down with food poison. We will never visited this place again. Feel like We were robbed paying over $30 for a meal that shouldn'have cost us $5.
Awesome prices! Awesome food! Awesome people!
