This is the only company I would recommend if you're going to junk your vehicle. The were quick, gave me a more than fair price, and even tried to fix my vehicle for me. Great guys who won't take advantage of you. They also have some really reasonably priced vehicles for sale. Chad

Worst experience ever! Car was not done on time. Parts not ordered on time. Lied and said parts were on backorder but they hadn't ordered them. I can get parts quicker then they can. Had to take car back after it was supposedly done for things not being done right. Door wouldn't open, tape lines, trim loose. Still waiting on a wheel for over 6 weeks. And they want to be paid right away and the car is not complete! Poor management, poor work ethics, would not recommend them to anyone!

When they could not diagnose the cause of my car's intermittent starting problem, they told me it was my floor mats! When I told them how preposterous that was, they refused to continue to look for the cause. Of course the problem has worsened over time. These mechanics talk down to women, especially ones who ask too many questions. If you have need of diagnosis of a tricky problem, don't bother these men.

I need some scratches on my rear bumper fixed. It was completed to perfection within one day. I would definitely use Williams Auto Body again and recommend them to anyone.

Went to a big chain for my breaks and they quoted me 800, saying all my breaks were bad and that everything needed to be replaced. Then I went here when they called me back for the quote they said I truly only needed my back break pads done with the routers and gave me a great price. I will now take my car here for any problem greatly impressed!

Our relationship with this firm goes back 40 years. When my wife worked at James River Paper Corp. she had all company vehicles serviced by these fellas. After she left we continued to have our personal vehicles serviced by the firm. These guys are professional,honest, and competent. No betterplace to go in town.Bob F.

I understand the scrap business and I'm able to give this business 5 stars because I was treated fairly by them.

I placed an order by phone. I was told pretty curtly that I'd have to be called back after the part was pulled. I got the callback, returned the call, and told the gentleman who answered that I was calling to complete my order. "What do you mean by 'order'?" he asked me. I said, "Uh, I would like to pay for it and have it sent to me." He said, "Well, where do you live?" I told me. He said, "Hang on a second." He came back after a while and took my card number without giving me a total. The two stars are assuming that I get the parts OK. I realize it's a salvage company, but, come on -- don't let people answer the phone who have no idea how to speak to other human beings.

If you want to get ripped off, please go here! Redline is a joke!!! If you want to lose thousands of dollars, this is the place to go!! I have three friends that took their cars here, three different cars, all of them got ripped off! I am not letting this happen to any one else! Please go to a trusted mechanic!! These people are not in the right business!! They have no idea what they are doing! They take their good old time to tell you something is is wrong with your car, then have you spend much more money to 'fix' your car. If you do go here, make sure they show you or give you all the parts they take off your car, so you know they replaced them!!! Also make sure you keep receipts, and DO NOT PAY CASH!!!! I only put 1 star, because it would not let me submit otherwise!! I would give them a negative 150!!!!
