We had a bathroom sink that seemed to be clogged with mortar/grout remnants from the flippers tile job. It had resisted all my efforts. The fellow from Twirl was prompt, courteous and simply put more effort into it than I had brought to bear. Sink was cleared in less than 15 minutes and no mess was left behind. Entire neighborhood had a good laugh at the truck graphics. We would definitely use them again.

The technician was extremely rude. He said if I didn't know exactly where the problem was coming from, nothing he could do. Isn't that what he was there for?? I told him I have been smelling a rotten egg smell from our bathroom sink drain as well as laundry room water hose area. He said "You gotta tell me what to clean" I asked him to clean the palmer valve to the main sewer line. He stomped around my house and acted very annoyed & went and got his tools. I asked him if it worked or was beneficial at all & his response "I have no idea" So $145 spent and we don't know if it even fixed the issue.

Called in the morning and the service tech, Corey, was over in a jiffy! He was in and out in 10 minutes and cleaned out the drain and had it draining like a peach!

I own several properties and have used Twirl Sewer Co on several occasions. I am always very satisfied with the work they do. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would definitely give Twirl Sewer Co a 10.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. This is the rudest, most terrible company I have ever had the displeasure of using. They literally hung up on me twice while on the phone with them about an issue.

I had water in my basement and called to get the line snaked out. Set up a time between 9 and 11 and no one showed up! Never even got a call. Terrible service! Only gave 1 star because I had to.

My basement was flooding because my main sewer was plugged and I called them and they were there within the hour and fixed my problem and never even left a mess!!!! Great job!!!! Will definetly call them again.
