Total Clean Window Washing

I have been in business 20 years with many loyal customers (cause i do a good job) and i do have a work vehicle ...To set Anna's comments straight when i arrived that day at the house no body was there so not sure how she came up with the no vehicle accusation...So i started work was done pressure washing the house a little after noon. When i called to ask for payment Anna husband said i would have to wait tell he gets done with work so he could inspect , but i had another job that afternoon so i said that wouldnt work, so someone came by and paid me neither of which were the home owner. So later that day the husband called me and said he wants me to come back cause he wasnt happy in his comments he said hiw expectations were for the house to look brand new. I explained the house was 13 years old and he over expected pressure washing of the house. he was disrespectful talking to me like a child and told me he has a toothbrush he wants me to scrub the house with !!! At this point i was done with the situation and never answered there calls or txt. Which there was an inappropriate amount of so i blocked there numbers.

Definitely would not recommend this company. We worked with Shane. Very poor quality. Showed up to our home, knowing it was a 2-story, with no ladder. He didn't even have a vehicle, someone dropped him off. Very unhappy with the work he did. Called him with our complaint and said he would be back to finish the job and never showed up. Tried calling and texting him, no answer. Even sent him the pictures of why I as unhappy. Very over priced for the quality of work. I would definitely recommend another company to give your money to, maybe they will be more responsible to at least answer you phone calls and do the job to customer satisfaction.
