This place is a joke. My insurance approved 2 of the 3 bariatic surgeries for me. When I went to the office to do the consultation, I went in, gave them a list of the medications I am on, waited for over a half of an hour, had to sit through an 1hr 40 min move, then wait over an hour. After this I was finally able to talk to the doctor, he came in the room and tole me I was not eligible for the surgery because of the medication I am on. I have psoriasis, the medication I am on is an anti-inflammatory medication which you cannot be on for either of the 2 surgeries I was approved for. I found out I had other options of medications that won't interfere with the surgeries. I called them back and talked to Carla, who is one of the worst nurses I have ever talked to. She was very rude and condescending, I told her about the other options I have and she didn't seem to care. They refused to work with me in any way shape or form. psoriasis is not a life threatening disease, just an uncomfortable one, but the diabetes, high blood pressure and sleep apnea are life threatening. these people are cold and don't care about there patients.
