Disappointing.We rented a car to drive from Green Bay, WI to Miami, FL (actually Homestead). Somewhere in NC the temperature was warmer so we turned on the air conditioning...nothing. We contacted three different Enterprise branches in Asheville, NC (Patton Ave, Tunnel Rd, and Smokey Parkway Hwy) to no avail. I then spoke with Kiwana at Enterprise Customer Assistance. She could not help me and gave me the number to road side assistance. There I spoke with Tremaine and just I thought, he could not help me. So we drove all the way to Mimi in +85F weather with no air conditioning.We arrived with no other issues. In fact, we dropped the car off a day early. We told the branch in Homestead about the issue with the air conditioning. Their response was to call up the branch in Green Bay. Well it has been almost a week since we spoke with Jeff at the Green Bay branch and have heard nothing else from them.Again...disappointing.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff & got me on the road quickly. I drove a 2016 Toyota Camry. It was a dream to drive. Loved the back-up cam! Great performance and gas mileage too. Next time I'm getting the Dodge Charger. Lots of nice vehicles to choose from (Nissan Altima, Scion FR-S, Toyota Rav-4, Cadillac ?, Nissan Rogue, Chevys - Malibu & Cruze, a cute little Fiat, etc) I was able to easily extend my rental days over the phone. Easy pick up and return. I will definately use ENTERPRISE at the Green Bay Airport again!!! Thanks for the great service.
I was pleased with the customer service and very pleased with the free upgrade. However, about two weeks after I returned my rental, I received a letter claiming I had caused damage to the vehicle. This damage was pre-existing, so I'm wondering if that's why I got a free upgrade to that particular vehicle... No representative from the rental company did a walk around with me before or after pickup/dropoff. Word of advice, if you notice any damage (even minor door dings), the long walk back in to the service desk can save you a lot of trouble and even money.
I only rent with Enterprise because they have the best prices of any car rental agency and the best vehicles. For example, I just rented a Dodge Journey I took from WI to ME and back through Canada so I rented the weekly rate - it was around $300 USD less for the week than the three other agencies at the airport at GBR. They are always professional and usually upgrade free. The vehicles are always new, clean, excellent shape, and just what you requested (sometimes more than expected).
I rented an intermediate. On the day I checked-in, March 15, 2016, Enterprise did not have an intermediate available. They upgraded, at no charge (as I was advised) to a mini van.When I returned the car and got my bill it was $40.10 higher than the amount for which I rented.A letter has been sent to Enterprise at Green Bay with copies of my original reservation with the amount.A refund has been requested. Now - waiting for response.
Waited 25 minutes in line at Green Bay airport to pick up a car that I had pre reserved! Only one agent and absolutely no sense of urgency from him to hurry along! Poor check in service. I would never rent from Enterprise again in Green Bay. In the meantime, the Hertz counter efficiently rented cars out with no delay, as did Thrifty!
I am pretty pleased with the service and the cars and pricing. But I'm a bit cheesed that NO ONE told me about the loyalty program! When I was online booking my FOURTH rental one day, I noticed it. Gee, it would've been nice to get points for the last 3 rentals I had! Some "loyalty" program on THEIR end! Not cool.
I rented a Toyota that should not be in any rental fleet. Stained seats, rips in back seat fabric and torn center console. The location manager promised a refund....that never happened. It all started with rude customer service from an employee that should have stayed home that day. It was an omen for things to come!
Some car rentals like to push on extra costs on to the customers but the staff here was very courteous and not pushy at all. The pick up and dropoff was swift and smooth. The car was in great shape and had great features. Very convenient lot that is a very short walk away.
Staff was helpful and most professional and kind when I exchanged the horrible Velocity that I was given. GET RID OF THOSE CARS!!Second car was great! Only reason I gave an overall rating a 4 was because of the horrible car initially given.
