        Broken Window and trim from hail storm

        The service tech, Jim, from Moffat was the nicest service person I have ever had to my house. On top of that, he finished work in a shorter time frame, making my bill less than was quoted, along with re-caulking 3 small windows for me. I did not ask him to do this, he saw that they needed it and just did it. I recommend Moffat and especially Jim.

        Service from Moffat is a joke. Won't return calls and plenty of unkept promises. Would not recommend.

        Excellent Customer Service

        Very thankful for Moffat going above & beyond in our time of frustration during the holiday theft. Criminals broke into my friends vehicle and stole Christmas gifts and they went out of their way to come to location & cover the glass so that we could drive home. Their customer service won us as our glass coverage provider when other vendors were not available to help and double the costs. Thanks and your efforts have been recognized and referred to my employer!!
