My daughter suffered a head injury in November 2015. During March 2014, she was contacted by telephone by Greeley Health & Fitness and convinced to sign a two year contract with them. While we did see a copy of this contract when it became necessary to move her out of her apartment after her hospitalization, the contract was lost in the process of moving. No one contacted her prior to the expiration of the two year contract 3/31/2016 to inform her that she would be liable for continuing payments. On 4/26/2016, our daughter received a telephone call from this business telling her that she had to pay for April 2016. She attempted to negotiate the cancellation of this contract on her own which was very difficult considering her recovery process. Understanding her limitations, I attempted to negotiate a reasonable solution with the owner. The owner displayed no compassion and was very unkind. As I left, he took a picture of my license plate in a show of threatening behavior.
