People with these negative comments must not have read the directions to Dr. Castle's office and found themselves somewhere else. Dr.Castle is a very busy man , consequently, there may a waiting period. Guess I would ask if you would prefer to be rushed out the door so that a schedule could be met, or make sure you get the proper treatment.
Have been a patient of Dr. Castle for ten years, and have found him to be very concerned with the needs of my wife and myself as our dermatological , with age , conditions require attention. While on vacation, my wife discovered a lesion growing rapidly, on her arm. We drove one thousand miles to see Dr. Castle who immediately took her into a surgical procedure to remove a cancerous growth. wife has had at least three surgeries in the office of Dr. Castle over the last ten years because of the expertise of very competent doctor.
There was never a waiting period of more than an hour, and that occurred during an illness in his family.
The man and his staff have always been accommodating, and as far as demeanor is concerned, Dr. Castle is a doctor with impeccable bedside manner.

If you go here plan to spend at least an extra 4 hours after your appointment to be able to be seen. My appointment was at 11 & they didn't get me in till 4:30!!! & when I check to see if they had just simply overlooked me the staff was really rude and said that he NEVER runs on time!!



The dr was nice & did take care of my problems but having to wait 5 hours PAST my scheduled appointment was rediculus!! Especially when I have kids at home wondering what happened to me because I had to be gone so long.
