Great Neck Taxi drivers are always friendly and have always been on time. Neat and clean cars. Much recommended

I have used Great Neck Taxi in the past, and because of what I experienced today, I will NEVER use them again. I wasn't even a customer today, but rather was a victim of an evil, vindictive, miserable and certainly unprofessional female driver (if you could possibly call her a driver). I was leaving a parking lot in Manhasset, one that was full of cars, and was finally at the place where I was going to make a right and exit onto Northern Boulevard, when at the last second, a Great Neck Taxi car pulled into the parking lot at an angle, preventing me from having enough room to comfortably exit the parking lot. I waited, figuring that she would back up a bit and re-angle her car so that both she and I could pass one another and I could get out of the way of both her and everyone else who was waiting to exit behind me. That is what a normal, mentally balanced person would do. But not this woman. She proceeded to just sit there, making random motions at me through her tinted windows, motions that I could barely see anyway. Then the honking began. Finally, I rolled down my window halfway and said "You need to move back so that I can get out." She blithely said, "You've got enough room. I'm not moving." Now, please understand, this woman had nothing to lose by moving back; if she moved back I would have enough of a view to ensure I was not going to hit either her car or the parked car on the other side of me, but this woman was just hellbent in not moving, for some psychotic reason. This, coming from a supposed "professional driver". I couldn't believe the amazingly evil and disgusting behavior that this woman displayed. As more people began to honk, I was faced with the decision of gambling with the chances of hitting another person's car in effort to move out of the way, or sitting there while this taxi driver yelled at me through her window and people behind me honked and got out of there cars and started coming towards me. And I finally caved and moved my car in spite of having no visibility, in the interest of safety. While I did call and report her inexcusable actions to the supposed "boss" of the company, I am certain this will do little or no good, as I'm sure she will continue to be driving around Long Island in this highly unprofessional and dangerous fashion. My next step will be to contact the town of Great Neck and see if any fine can be assessed to her medallion, in hopes that maybe if she gets hit up for a $400 fine it might make a dent in her abhorrent behavior. My advice; let your wallet do the talking for you, and DON'T USE GREAT NECK TAXI.
