        Overall

        Dr. Burk did not talk to me personally about my daughters emergency condition. Was out of the office when I needed to schedule a important procedure vital for her care. Her nurse is completely ill informed and inept and botched faxing the appropriate paper work to get my daughter to be seen right away. Do not see doctor Burk or her inept staff if you want any quality in your care. Very Very bad news.
