My husband and I came in on 2/6/17. I ordered on the KFC side and he ordered Taco Bell. When we walked in the store wasn't clean. I placed my order and then went to the restroom to wash my hands. While in the restroom the soap dispenser was open. And a worker was coming out of a stall, she informed me that the soap dispenser was broken and walked out without washing her hands. I simply closed the soap dispenser and washed my hands. When the order came, it was all wrong. I asked for them to give me the correct order. The girl behind the counter, started fussing and had an attitude. The replaced order wasn't good neither, the chicken was hard and greasy. The burritos tasted like dish soap. We brought the order back again. They still had an attitude!? While trying to get the correct order, two other customers can up with wrong orders. I simply left the store and called the 800 phone number and made a complaint and asked for a refund. The customer service representative said no problem and that the district manager was going to call in two days to give me my refund. No call never came. I called the 800 number again. They insured me that the district manager would be calling. Still no call back. So I decided to go to the store. When I get there the store manager says she has no idea of what I'm talking about. So I called the 800 number again for the third time. They tell me that the district manager should have called by now. And try to offer me a coupon, instead of my refund. Why would I want a coupon, if I never plan on eating there again. And still no phone call!!! This is the nastiest place I have ever been food, service, and the store. To anyone else do not waist your time or your money.
