AT&T Store

I've been in there 6 times and have never actually gotten help. On the most recent visit I was so disgusted with the employees I had to leave. They kicked out a family cause their child had a medical need to not wear a mask, they were discriminatory and told them they would not offer service. Some young girl named Stephanie on an ego trip. Absolutely shameful that the other two employees watched and said nothing as she yelled at them to leave.

From my personal experience it's always new employees and their always rude and unhelpful telling me to go online or call, but I go to att elsewhere and they resolved my issue.
I've sent a formal complaint through corporate but have yet to hear back. I encourage everyone I know to not shop there after what I witnessed and I hope that family files legal action, you can't deny people service because of a special needs child.
