Took my daughter for a dramatic makeover to boost her self-confidence. Boy, was that a mistake! The stylist did not do the color correctly - a straight line was left where the colors blended. She left her with a blunt, straight edge cut all around that looked as if it was done with regular scissors. Stylist then said to bring her back to fix her straight line on her hair. We brought her in - straight line is STILL THERE! We asked her to fix the straight edge cut all around, not only did the stylist have to have somebody else do it because she could not, but 2nd stylist cut my daughter's hair even shorter and somehow put in bangs, which was not asked for at all! Needless to say, that boost of self-confidence we were looking for did not happen and only made it worse...



I also decided to get my roots done while I was there. The root touch up came out fine, but my blowout left me looking like a frizz ball! A different stylist said she didn't have time to smooth it out - well, I didn't get a discount for the rushed service, so overall, do not go here! What a miserable, horrible, costly experience.



P.S. I called to complain to the manager and have not heard back at all from her! Great customer service too!

I have been here twice. My sister sent me a gift certificate and I had a haircut and digital hairstyle service. I returned a few months later with my mother and had a massage and pedicure. My mom had a facial. She said it was the best facial she's ever had. I thought the hairstyle was excellent, but the stylist has left. The massage was nice. The salon is very comfortable and relaxing. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I'll be back.

Husband bought me a certificate there and I loved it. So warm, a refreshing difference from other spas.
