3 hours for an oil change and car wash. In addition the lady who runs the front desk lied when I complained and said she was a manager. Take your money and your car elsewhere avoid the headache.

Great job! I needed my oil changed so stopped in and the next thing I knew, I was getting my truck washed, hand waxed and carpet & seats cleaned. It was done quickly and every attention to detail was done to my satisfaction. Looks brand new!

And as a bonus, a got an amazing shoe shine while I waited from Harold at Pro Shine. Great place!

This is the best place to get your car detailed in the Dallas area. They make my Mercedes look like it just came off the lot. This place is very easy to do business with--and if ever you aren't happy with something, all you have to do is tell them and they take care of it on the spot. The other thing is their rain guarantee--if it rains, they really will re-wash your car.

Every time I get my car washed here, it looks like new. From the person who asks me what kind of service I want to the people at the desk, everyone is very friendly and helpful. That's great, but what I care most about is the way they take care of my car--and I don't think there's a better place for that than Mustang Elite. They work efficiently and I never have to wait too long--even when the place is busy, which it often is because they are so darn good at washing and detailing. BUT, there is also a terrific gift shop in the lobby. I can't say how many times I've picked up a birthday gift for a party one of my kids was going to--plus they have these great candles. All in all a good experience.
