Worst service we have ever received at a Sam's Club. Worst attitude ever. Apparently some of those in management have a chip on their shoulder and feel entitled to be disrespectful. Sam's Club should be promoting people based on competence and content of character vs.other criteria. We will never return. Thanks for everything... Roland.

Manager Roland is hands down my favorite manager. He is classy and tactful the way an exceptional manager should be. Javin in the meat department is the most upstanding employee. He is helpful and never complains. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Sams Club Grapevine is hands down the best club in Texas.
Southlake Sam's Club is HORRIBLE. The first--and LAST time we will come. It started with my wife returning clothes (with receipt) & ended with POLICE. Details matter here, so--my wife goes to return $25 in clothing. She asks ROLAND, the customer service manager, that the refund be made in cash & not our debit card--something all Sam's Club/Wal-Marts have done for 20+ yrs. Roland said he couldn't, so my wife politely asked if there was someone above him. He said there wasn't--that he was the only one there. By now, Roland was already acting rude & beligerant--even as my wife acted with patience & grace. So she tells him she's getting my debit card & then returns. Roland rudely says, "So what's it gonna be--huh, huh? Debit or gift card? Which one?" My sweet wife, tired of the manager's aggression & apparent "chip on his shoulder," chose debit. When Roland asked for the PIN#, my wife responded that she didn't know & would have to go ask me. Roland tells her to get out of line until she has it & then picks up the phone. By this time, my wife sees another manager and explains the situation. He confirms the debit-cash return policy, then goes to correct it. We wait 15 minutes before being met by the two managers & two POLICE OFFICERS (Officer Gutierrez was kind). The officers were called because my wife didn't know the debit card PIN#. SO GET THIS.. my wife is trying to return $$$ to the original, transacted card--she also has the items & receipt--and somehow this is a STOLEN card... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I don't know about you, but I would LOVE for someone to steal MY card & put money on it. At this point the manager is rude AND stupid AND adds insult to injury. After another 15-min. of back-and-forth, showing police my ID, debit card, etc., "Genius" comes over & says he is NOT sorry for calling police & would do it again. No apology. No attempt to fix. Just pompous ignorance/arrogance. I genuinely wonder if this was done on purpose. No shopping--we just left. We're done.
We made an online purchase of the Christmas tree and it's arrived broken pieces. Went in the store to switch it out but received horrible service. Bad attitudes employees and manager. Worse experience ever! Will cancel our membership and not going to shop there again!!!
