        Overall

        Absolutely ZERO star rating if possible. Dropped off laptop a month ago. I have called several times to get any update and have received not even a single response to email, phone call, and even a text directly to the owner 's cell phone. Just ridiculous. His own secretary agrees that this is unprofessional.
