Took forever to get our orders. When they did come most all of them where way over cooked or under cooked. Tried to eat a little, but just could not stand it.
Fought the crowd for Mother's Day brunch. Waited almost an hour to get seated. Had to wait 1/2 hour to order. Over an hour later, our food final arrived at the table. Medium well done steak came rare, over medium eggs had whites that were still runny, pancake order only had 3 not the 4 stipulated in the menu, potatoes O'Brien were cubed pressed potatoes with no peppers or onions, only got coffee refilled once until we talked to the Manager. Server tried to help toward the end but didn't make up for the lack of attention. Manager comped half the cost but.........not impressed, again!
I would avoid this Applebees. The food is not to the standard that I've come to expect at Applebees. We did have a good waiter but the food was slow even though there weren't many customers. The atmosphere was tense.
This is the place to eat! Yummy food and great service! Easy access in town. Big beautiful brick building this is where the locals eat :0)
Not child friendly. Total Dump! We were chased out yesterday by the staff and a bunch of name calling customers when we tried to feed our special-needs child a yogurt while we waited for our order. Never got any food. Don't go here! It was bad!
Long wait for less than average food. Slow service.
had dinner with my husband there on July 26th it was probably the worst meal I've ever had we have been going to our house restaurant for years I can do not believe the poor service and the meal we got our salad after we received our meal which was coldyou stood up going there because it was so dramatic and had such an audience now it's nothing
The food and service are terrible! The only reason it's busy is because of all the hotels/motels within walking distance; plus it's right off the freeway.
If you like pastrami don't order their La Familia. The pastrami tasted like pressed ham. On the side were store bought chips and fresh "salsa", which tasted like just chopped up tomatoes. I expected more for $8. The place is very small, so it gets noisy fast. Chairs are hard and uncomfortable.I wasn't impressed. There are better places to eat in Grants Pass
Cynthia's Home Sweet Home is great. Cute and Cozy. The food is wonderful. I had lunch there today, Feb 12, 2014. The coleslaw was the best I've ever had. Hand cut with apples and a wonderful dressing. Pulled pork was so good. I will definitely order it again. I don't know what she puts in her ice tea, but it was really good and refreshing. I will be going back. Found out they do Murder Mysteries. I'll have to check that out.
