Josh's Auto & Towing Service

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The only reason I gave this company even one star is because I had to give at least one. I have Geico insurance and Josh's Towing is contracted through my insurance. I'm covered for 50 miles of towing for free. On April 8th, 2015 at around 1:45 a.m. I ran into a ditch and was unable to get out. I immediately called my insurance company and got emergency roadside assistance. I didn't feel safe in the location so I asked my insurance company to send a police officer out to the location to stay with me until the tow truck arrived. Well when the truck arrived the service that I received was appalling. The driver, who I now know to be the actual owner of the company, treated me with such disrespect that I was in tears. He almost tried to make the officer that was on the scene with me call the Highway Patrol because he said there was more than $1000 worth of damage. My first complaint is that I did not ask for a quote on the damage to my vehicle. And FYI I hit the ditch going less than 10mph. After that the owner/driver proceeded to call my insurance company and tell them that a claim needed to be filed!!!!!! The last time I checked I am the policy holder of my insurance and that is considered fraud. So I'm already in an upset mood because of the situation when the owner/driver decides to start arguing with me and then tells me that he did not come to my location to argue with a "little girl"!!!!!! I don't know what this guys problem is but I am a grown woman and I don't ask for reapect, I demand it. To be treated in such a condescending manner is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The owner/driver then tried to tell me that my car was more than likely "undrivable". Excuse me while I laugh at the thought that this "professional" considered dents in a plastic bumper would make my vehicle undrivable. The lack of respect and the poor service that I received has caused me to take further action. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am also going to retrieve a copy of the recorded phone call that the owner/driver had with my insurance company and am going to look into any legal action that I can take. I am going to do everything in my power to make sure that Geico and any other insurance company are well informed of the terrible service that I received. I hope that all contracts with this company are terminated and that they will not be considered for any contracts in the future. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy let alone anybody else.

Josh's auto is a great place to bring your car for basic and full repairs! The people that work there are great at explaining what needs to be done and they do not try to scam you with other unneeded repairs! They are very reasonably priced but it is the customer service that makes me keep going back for all of my auto needs! I would suggest this to everyone I know and I myself am a dedicated customer!!!
