Went for a 40th birthday party. Our group had 28 people and there was another birthday going on that had close to 20 people. Each of these large groups only had one waitress to take drink orders and food orders. It took two + hours to get food to some of us. One of the burgers was given to the wrong person, and when they told the waitress that wasn't what they ordered the waitress argued with them about it. We were having to go up to the bar ourselves to get pop refills. And the person whose burger was given away was the last to eat and nothing was even taken off the bill. We were told that they do not call in more cook or wait staff for parties that large. Never again will we be going to this establishment
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, will I choose this establishment for anything. They are rude and purposely under staffed, rendering poor service and extremely rude management.
This is a good geographical location however I will advise anyone to AVOID THIS PLACE as long as it is still under the same management (Doreen). The manager was condescending and extremely rude. as well as makes wait staff look bad by not providing them the appropriate resources to enable success. Our waitress had been an employee for 1 week before our party of 28 was given to her alone. (not even 1 food runner)
it took almost 2 hours for myself and the Birthday girl to receive our cold food. I located the manager sitting at the bar I extended formalities and introductions I sat down next to her and let her know I was not in search of free food or anything like that. My intent was to share my experience with her. she became verbally confrontational and resorted to verbally belittling me and her wait staff. I WILL NEVER BOOK A PARTY OR A WEDDING AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. As well as I will share my less than desirable experience with anyone considering it.

Just a few years ago this place was great for drinks and dancing, however that has gone downhill. Can't believe for an ""all request friday and saturday night"" that the DJ didn't play any requested (and tipped on) songs while we were there. Pretty crappy. He even made a remark that ""since I'm DJ'ing here comes MY requests."" No wonder they are always dead. Doubt we'll ever go back. Poor service.

Worst restaurant/bar I have ever visited. The service is horrible (plan on walking to the bar every time you need to order a drink or food). Prepare to get the wrong order or over-charged. Management will not be a help either. If you are thirsty, bring your own beverage along. Water will cost you and there are no refills of pop, although you can purchase a pitcher of soda for $8. Pretty sure that is not advertised in the menu either (it was quite a surprise to my friend). I waited a year between visits. After my first encounter last year I swore the place off, but gave it a second chance. Shame on me.

I don't know how this place is still open, their drinks are weak, you watch the girls pack ice into a glass to make it taste stronger than it is. Drinks are over priced and under poured. They don't chill ANY of their shots unless its kept in a cooler to start with, i.e. rumple, sambuca, they don't even make half of their shots by hand, its all the premixed yucky crap and yet you're still charged an arm and a leg for it. They advertise shot specials for UV Blue bombs and you watch them put in blue wave....... something sounds wrong with that.
