This was hands down, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Not a good start at all for a hungry business. Upon calling, I was greeted with "Hello." Not the name of the company, or the individual, just a simple "Hello." After going over prices with the man I was informed my total would be $18.00, upon arrival the receipt read $23.75!!! I immediately questioned the bill, the young man was nice and said "Sorry, I'll get that refunded when I get back." This was pleasant, but the only pleasant interaction. However, I was already turned off completely, by the stench of "grass" that treated me when I opened the door. So, the incorrect sale price only added fumes to the fire. I have a lot of patience though, so it wasn't that big of a deal, I could live with it. Until, I opened my pizza. So much cheese and grease, I could not even lift the pizza without losing all of my toppings, mind you I only ordered a pepperoni pizza. As I attempted to contact the store to discuss the state of the transaction. I was greeted by, "Hello" once more. After explaining the charge mistake, he immediately challenged me by saying that it was not incorrect, but after some more thought, he realized it was in fact, not the correct amount. I then began to let him know that there was a peculiar smell associated with his delivery, he immediately starting yelling at me and telling me that it was NOT POSSIBLE that his delivery driver could have engaged in such activities. Now I wasn't on the phone to start a fight, but he clearly seemed to be. I then asked for a full refund, after the manager would not even let me discuss the situation. He said, "I will not refund your order." Without negotiating or even accepting my complaint. I informed him that I would drive to shop to talk about the refund. He said, "Come on In." Upon arrival he was no more accepting of discussion then he was on the phone. This is where it really gets notched up, and I'll admit, I did not act responsibly either. Due to his inability to discuss my complaint and complete refusal of all my requests, all whilst being told that I am lying over and over I did react by throwing my pizza on the ground (I had brought the pizza with me to show them how disgusting it was). Beyond that point, the manager took it to a whole new level by threatening my life over and over and SHOVING ME, at which no point did I react. Told me repeatedly "He will $%#! me up.", "He will break me." Calling me a scared #$%!." When attempting to leave, the manager kept OPENING MY CAR DOOR, whilst repeatedly calling me names and threatening me.Long story short, today was the day I encountered the worst customer experience and customer satisfaction, EVER.
