I called them today to get a price for a remote starter on my car. They gave me a price and that they had time today for install. I got there, and they said someone else showed up before me, so I was moved back one. Fine with me, since it took me almost an hour to get there. After waiting 4 hours, I asked a guy who came back who arrived after I did, but left and came back. When he returned, he said his truck was already inside. I immediately told the guy at the desk that I wanted a refund, He took my form, and went to check on the guy after me to compare times, trying to prove me wrong. He returned and said I was 10 minutes before the other guy and didn't know how the mix up occurred. First come, first served my hiney!!!!! Never will use them again!!!!!

Got a remote car starter as a Christmas gift. My mom got there $99 special, she ended up having to pay another $100 because of the kind of car I have but that info wasn't in the advertisement. I have tried going there 2 times to get this installed and both times i was turned down. They don't do appointments, so its first come first serve. 2nd attempt i got there when they opened at 9am, waited in line for 15mins and then was told they were booked for the day. I shouldn't have to get to a business half hour before it opens to wait on line, on hopes they can fit me in. Found all of the very unprofessional. Ended up retuning the car starter, not worth my time to got back again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Always heard they're the best...well not in my book. First when I called for info on car starter the guy was no help. Second when I got there it was a long wait just to be told come back tomorrow. I live in Holland! Third once I got help in picking out starter and decided on the next upgrade from the "$100" special the guy didn't ring it up correct and we ened up with cheap one instead of two remotes and further range. Then the worst was the whole first come first serve...yea not fun waiting forty minutes in the snow. Was not impressed with them and it's sucks because always heard great things. It was a gift for my Dad who lives out of town and when he was willing to pay the extra fee for and extra remote he was told come back another day for a 5 minute job they could have done then. Sorry to say will not go back there.
Excellent service. One minor problem, but fixed immediately without any hassles. Purchased system online, they installed. Bought speakers, paid for install etc. extremely happy. Manager Mike Edgerly has superior customer service skills. If you need a stereo, don't go anywhere else!
These guys will help you figure out the best deal for you & get you top quality sound ! they are polite and great to do business with , and I wouldn't shop anywhere else ! The only thing I would change would be getting a bigger waiting area because it gets crazy busy in there !
