Enjoy one of the worst fast food restaurant experiences you can imagine. It's all here.. Cold, slow undercooked food. Employees that all look like car jackers. (Say hi to Jalell for me, will you?). Seriously, do not risk your health, sanity and sensibilities even setting foot in this place. Drive right past.. This place makes only 300K a year and it's in the center of a college district, what does that tell you? It's THAT BAD, even starving students WILL NOT set foot in this place!
They are only open evidently till 1am on Friday nights. We pulled into the drive through at 12:55AM. The car in front of us placed their order and as soon as they were done they turned off all the lights and wouldn't take our order. 5 more cars pulled in behind us blocking us in. Why wouldn't you take care of your customers that were already in line. Secondly if you are going to close at 1am on a Friday night why not stay open till 3am. The bars close at 2 and a lot of people are usually hungry and would stop for something quick. I use to manage a sub shop and even though our hours stated we closed at a certain time I never turned a customer away that showed up at closing time.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. On top of the fact that they have the absolute worst service and regularly get your order wrong, they have now double billed me twice for orders and blame their computer system. I have been promised by every single person that has answered there a quick resolution but this has now been going on for nearly 2 weeks. If you visited this Taco Bell on June 9-11 2017 I recommend you check your bank statement to make sure you weren't over billed as well.
DO NOT GO HERE! Drive thru took over 25 minutes. But once I paid and received my order, I tossed it out. After scratching an itch(hint:frontal area)the food jockey processed to fill drink orders. Ya no quedo taco bell.
I placed a large order to feed my staff working on New Years Eve. Unfortunately I realized I had lost the receipt to support my corp credit card statement which can be a big pain. Thought it would be a long shot but but I contacted them via the corporate web page and between them and the folks at the location, they had a receipt copy to me via email by the end of day. Everyone involved handled it like a boss!
A month ago my drive thru order wasn't right. When I got home, and saw it wasn't right I brought this to the manager that was on duty and she said she would take my name and address and make it right. I never heard from her again and I stopped going there.Once again I went back there and the manager (Lou) who knows me, ask if anything was done about my wrong order a month ago and I said no. Right then he told me to order anything I wanted because he was paying for it. This kind of service will keep me and everyone I know make this our McDonald's.Thanks Lou and you deserve a BIG RAISE. Very messy place. The workers are racist and rude. The bread most of the time is hard and old from days before. They even have molded bread mixed with fresh bread. Employees are very slow as well. Never would I recommend anyone to this Subway
I went there this afternoon and the meat tasted weird, the lettuce was really soggy, and the pickles were even more soggy. My sandwhich was disgusting and Im mad I even went there. I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone go there.
Best subway ever! I love the workers they are so nice and friendly. Always makes the subs good and tasty.
