Tiffany Firerin the last weekIt was our first time here and one of the dryers caught on fire after 20 minutes with a lighter load of whites. The woman who works there tried to put out the fire with a water bottle until I told her "NO! We need a fire extinguisher!" The fire burned on and off for a half hour. When I inquired if she had called 911 she yelled that she had already called. She was incredibly rude, unapologetic and put her hand up in my face while I was concerned and asking what the protocol was (do they have a policy of or this or insurance?). Nowhere is it posted that they won't be responsible if your clothes catch on fire, so we are expecting a pay out through small claims court... since this business clearly isn't equipped to handle such a customer service issue. Wouldn't recommend to ANYONE.

Linen Service is definitely the place to go if you are looking for any type of linen or facility service for your business. A+ customer service!
I took my leather vesting to have 10 patches sewn on, he promised it a week later. When I went in the day promised, it was still in progress. He told me to come back in a few hours, I did. Still not done, 15 min.before closing. He had glued them down and finished sewing while I waited. One had puckered the leather, and 2 were not straight. He offered to fix but it would be a few days to complete. I took it with me, then found that he had sewn both inside pockets shut w/ the patches. I wouldn't have him sew anything for me again.
One of the best Cleaners I have been to. This is a family owned business whose owners have been working for over 25 years, so they know how to get things done the right way. I have never been dissatisfied here, especially since service is always done with a smile and a nice conversation -- I never leave unhappy, and my clothes come back looking and smelling good as new. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!
Stopped using this location years ago..Half the washers and dryers were ALWAYS broken. The dryers that DID work, did not dry my clothes, even after 40 minute cycles on HOT. The drums were usually room temp, so I knew that their signs claiming "vent emptied out daily" was a lie. What they called a restroom was outright filth... the soap dispenser was always empty, and one toilet was usually broken. And... their little vending that sells individual cleaning supplies, always got stuck and they'd have to refund my $ and ALWAYS unlock the stupid thing in order to simply hand me the product. Absolutely pointless.
The most filthy Laundromat I have ever been in. I hate having to use this place. Machines that don't work, or if they do work are so loud you can't hear yourself think. I am pretty sure they don't clean the floors ever and the dryers take forever to dry ( probably don't clean the lint traps). Bill changer won't even change a brand new dollar bill. Just a general dump. my Rating is -5 Stars.
Go to suburban cleaners right across the street! I take the same amount of clothes every two weeks and it's $50. My wife accidentally brought it to Sheldon and it was $70. Never going back.
I would not recommend this place to my wrist enemy. Poor customer service thanks to Abby... Or so she said her name was. Dropped off a suit for alteration and cleaning. I guess they decided to do the cleaning and though the alteration would do itself. People forget things and an apology goes a longways. I guess peachtree thought less not to offer one...but offered the excuse " they did have time". Why tell me it will be ready and not deliver. Signed, the customer you just lost..
