The workers here almost faced a lawsuit. I was getting a new phone back in the summer, and they claimed they had to take my old one. Not knowing any better, we gave it to them. We kept getting charged on the bill for the phone we turned in (over $100) and later found out they did not in fact have to take the phone in the first place. When confronted about the issue (all in all took a dozen times or so to get ahold of someone that would stay on the line) they denied us even being in the store that date. Although nice people at face value, they run a terrible business filled with deception and scams. Will never go back. Great service, Dan.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with this store I wouldn't waste time or money at this location
Did not care in the least that the incorrect information they directly gave me cost me a LOT of time. Most companies will correct a situation when it is their own fault..NOT THIS STORE. I see why they are by far the lowest rated store in the GR area. Manager was very arrogant.
Every time I visit this location the guy criticizes my previous purchase. I can assume it's cuz he wants me to buy from him. But i shouldn't be made to doubt my phone choice. Which for his knowledge is awesome.
Awful costumer service. Had an issue with the person who sold me my phone telling me one thing and it not really being a promotion. Tried getting it fixed, everything I called someone would write down my number and tell me they'd call me back but then never did. Took 7 months to finally get an answer and when I did they said they couldn't do anything about it. I would never recommend this store or sprint to anyone.
I have been into a lot of businesses and this one by far is the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed, I have been dealing with them for about a week and they do not answer the store phone when I call, when I go in they keep telling me that it is my fault that things are not working out, they won't tell me what I even need. I have had to go in to get any assistance but still don't get any, I went in today and they still have no clue what ia going on, so I told them I will never be back that that store has the WORST customer service ever, and the worker says "well good your UGLY anyway". Really did that just happen? And I have been trying to reach a manager and their not willing to do anything either, so if you need to go to a boost store I strongly suggest to go elsewhere from this location and the location on Burton. I will also be contacting the BBB regarding this situation.
At&t is the company from hell with customer service designed to destroy the minds and hearts of consumers. What a soul-sucking process of trying to get a refund of an overpaid bill. 15 different people, 15 different answers, no one person to solve the problem. Not until I told them I was recording the conversation did I get the beginning of the response, and even then it was more of the "well, we can't file for that for 10 days" and then 3-5 days after that before I get my money back. We are not talking chump change, either, but literally thousands of dollars. I thought I needed a landline, but dealing with the monopolistic mindset at AT&T has been so hard on my soul that I am ready to give it up for the cell service, even tho I can't hear on VOIPs and hate the phones. The corporate culture is responsible and I hope that the clowns who designed the pathetic excuse for customer service have a special circle in hell, along with Franz Kafka
Customer service at this location is great (well since last time I was in there) went in thinking I was gonna pay an outrageous amount for a phone and the sales lady made me a great deal! I will never go to another verizon store but this one ever again!
