I have had a completely different experience with nothing but the best of care from a very caring staff. I had laminectomies and bone fusion in my lower back. Dr. Jones was especially sympathetic when I described the pain and I was immediately admitted to the hospital. The aftercare has been excellent.

I was injured and ringler did my surgery, the screws he used were way to big for my leg so mow i have to get them removed. I barely remember meeting him before my surgery and have yet to meet him. I see a PA in the office. The office staff is rude and incompetent. They scheduled me at THEIR office for a test and then when i showed up for the test was informed i had made the mistake as they didnt do this test at the office. Hmm funny, they called and left me a message reminding me about this test they claim not to do at the office. They were snotty and rude about the whole thing. The idiot who removed my stitches caused more pain then me getting the injury in the first place. Do not pick these drs for anything. Run and find a good dr.
First, you don't get a live person when calling for an appointment. Takes days for them to return your call. I waited over an hour in the waiting room before waiting another 15 minutes in the exam room. My Dr. Is very brief in his explanations, almost mechanical. He did a mini MRI. What's a mini MRI? I have very limited movement in my shoulder and I'm told there is nothing he can do? The whole place feels like the military, hurry up and wait, and no answers. I will not go back to this office, and going for a second opinion elsewhere. They just don't seem to care about you personally. Too much like a fast food takeout.
Be very careful with this group. I sat with the manager for 25 minutes explaining that my foot condition was severe and I didn't want to pay for a service if it is likely to not help. I had claw toes that were bunched. Very obvious. I was assured that MOST people are able to be helped. I paid half of the fee up front and then spent a maximum of 5 minutes with the therapist before she said "I can't help you". Total cost to for something the front desk lady probably could have told me was $130. I'm glad they are able to help some people, just don't get swayed by the "sales person" if your issue is more than aches and pains.
Great doctor and staff. Dr Randall knows his stuff and is very up front and direct. If he tells you what to do he expects you to do it. He doesn't want to waste your time or his. I have had great results with both my rotator cuff surgeries. I highly recommend him. If he thinks he can't help you he will say so. His staff is very friendly efficient and helpful.
