I'd much rather spend my money with a local toy store. The selection is very good, the prices are pretty average, but the staff is not helpful at all. Nobody knows how to work anything, how to make suggestions, and there are not nearly enough employees throughout the store if you need anything. I much prefer to keep my money with family owned businesses and support my community. If you must go big-box...hit up Target! MUCH friendlier staff and great prices, too!

I visited this location back in April. My children received a giftcard from a relative and wanted a Teeter Twirl for the backyard. Well, they did not have any in stock, so they gave us a raincheck.



I have yet to hear back from anyone! I called a couple of times in the weeks that followed...only for them to tell me they have not received any and are unsure of when they will. They told me I could order it online and pay with the giftcard....yeah and also PAY $31 for shipping!!



We are so frustrated...I don't want to shop here anymore! POOR customer service! I called another location and was told they had just sold the last one.
