Terrible experience from the start. Our server, Spencer spilled about a quarter of my water when he sat it down in front of me. I understand that accidents happen, but neither did he acknowledge it nor did he apologize and bring napkins to wipe up the mess he made.

The quality of food was terrible and over priced. My wife's chicken in her stir fry was like eating rubber and non editable. I have had better burritos from Qdoba for half the price. We waited at least 10 minutes before Spencer came back to check on the food. My wife explained the poor quality and they did nothing about it. I normally do not complain about food so I didn't say anything about my burrito. However, an attentive server should wonder why only one bite was eaten from it and when asked if a to-go box was needed the customer said no.

I would never recommend that anyone go to Sundance for a meal.
