Sprint

The workers here almost faced a lawsuit. I was getting a new phone back in the summer, and they claimed they had to take my old one. Not knowing any better, we gave it to them. We kept getting charged on the bill for the phone we turned in (over $100) and later found out they did not in fact have to take the phone in the first place. When confronted about the issue (all in all took a dozen times or so to get ahold of someone that would stay on the line) they denied us even being in the store that date. Although nice people at face value, they run a terrible business filled with deception and scams. Will never go back. Great service, Dan.

Awful costumer service. Had an issue with the person who sold me my phone telling me one thing and it not really being a promotion. Tried getting it fixed, everything I called someone would write down my number and tell me they'd call me back but then never did. Took 7 months to finally get an answer and when I did they said they couldn't do anything about it. I would never recommend this store or sprint to anyone.

I agree with the previous post! The employees here a great! The manager is always understanding and helpful and the techs get it right the first time! I highly recommend this store!

This store has the best employees I have ever had to deal with. They were quick, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this store for any of your sprint needs. I drive from 25 miles away just to deal with them!
